2) User acceptance

These Conditions of Use regulate the access and use of the Pucca website (henceforth, the ‘Web’) which THE COMPANY has made available to Internet users. Accessing this means accepting the present Conditions of Use without reservation.

THE COMPANY may offer services through the website which may have their own specific conditions; the user shall inform themselves of these for each specific case.

3) Web-site access and Passwords

In general, prior subscription or registration as a User is not necessary to access and use the website, without prejudice to the fact that said subscription or registration is necessary to use certain services or content found on it.

The personal data of users is gathered on this website, which is why we ask users to carefully read our Privacy Policy as well as the different informative clauses accompanying each of the different forms enabled to gather personal data.
